Submission requirements and conditions:

• Submit a single sealed envelope containing Technical and Financial information as instructed in the bidding documents.
• Technical bids will be evaluated for eligibility and compliance; only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation.
• Bid security (as above) must be submitted in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib.
• All bids must be lot-wise and submitted before the closing date/time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Baba Guru Nanak University will provide the approved infrastructure; successful bidders are responsible for any construction, fixtures, equipment, and operation of the facility at their own risk and cost. No compensation or additional claims will be entertained unless specified.
