Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/eproc) for multiple development works (construction of streets, drains, nullahs and culverts) in District Gujrat. Contractors must be duly enlisted/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2022-27 where applicable and meet all eligibility requirements set out in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs and conditions of contract may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA/Provincial procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security: Bidders shall submit Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidder shall generate the PSID from the e-Procurement Portal and arrange for its scheduled bank to issue and transmit the Digital Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Gujrat, as detailed in the bidding documents. Other terms, submission instructions and conditions follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
