PITB Tender: Supply of 400 Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for procurement of services for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB” under framework contract (EGOV-10).

Scope: Recruitment/provision of Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) for the Citizen Contact Center. Quantity: 400 agents.

Submission procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and Financial separate bids must be completed, signed, stamped and uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal to submit bids online.

Other requirements and notes: Income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the tender document must accompany bids. Incomplete, not signed/stamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. PITB may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
