Issuer: Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites bids through the electronic Procurement and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) for procurement of various spare parts and kits. Competitive procurement will follow applicable Public Procurement Rules and regulations; interested bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or registered suppliers and must be on the Active Taxpayers List.
Bidders must be registered on the ePADS portal and submit bids electronically in accordance with ePADS instructions. Bid security, required documents, and other terms and conditions must be provided as per the bidding documents. Manual bids are not accepted.
