National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Balochistan (Shahra-e-Gulistan, Quetta Cantt) invites sealed bids through the e-procurement system (EPADS) from reputable companies/firms/registered service providers for outsourcing services of office boys, plumbers, gardeners, electricians and janitorial staff on contract basis for NAB Quetta complex.

• Scope: Outsourcing/hiring of office support and maintenance staff for NAB Quetta complex on a one-year contract, extendable up to two additional years subject to satisfactory performance and contract terms.
• Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Bids to be submitted via EPADS.
• Eligibility: Firms must be duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), registered with relevant authorities for provision of such services, have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and meet other eligibility/qualification criteria as detailed in the bidding documents.
• Bid security: A bid security (amount shown) is required (advertised amount: Rs. 216,000). Bid validity: 90 days. Bid security must be submitted as specified in bidding documents; technical proposals must be submitted through EPADS. In case of award, performance security in the shape of Call Deposit/Pay Order (as specified) will be required equivalent to the prescribed percentage of total contract amount.
