Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee, Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi. E-Procurement (Single Stage – Single Envelope) tenders are invited from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) having Active Taxpayer Status. Bidding documents must be obtained and submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
Submission Deadline and Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2022-09-14 up to 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bids by hand, post, courier or email will not be accepted.
Bid Security & Guarantees: Bid security and performance guarantee shall be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system (SWIFT MT-760). Tenderers must follow Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA guidelines. Incomplete, forged or conditional bids will be rejected.
