Office of the Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan (District Rawalpindi) invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System). Bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules.
Bid submission and opening: All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) under Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure. Bid security and performance guarantees shall be submitted electronically through the EP System (SWIFT MT-760) with correct Tender No. & PSID. Advising Bank: BOP (BIC: BPUPNKKAEBG). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PRRA guidelines.
