KP C&W Division South Waziristan Upper — EPADS Notice Inviting Tenders for Road Construction & Rehabilitation

Executive Engineer, C&W Division South Waziristan Upper (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) issues an EPADS single-stage two-envelope Notice Inviting Tender for multiple road construction/rehabilitation works. • Bid Security: 2% of Engineer's Estimate (stamp duty must be added) in the shape of Call Deposit in the name of "Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Upper".
• Tender Fee: 0.03% of Engineer's Estimate (as shown per package).
• PEC category and other specific requirements are shown per package below. Contractors quoting more than 10% below but up to 20% below Engineer's Estimate must submit additional security and a detailed rate analysis as specified in the notice.
• Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act provisions.
