- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (values shown above). Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 to be deposited in SPKVDA bank account No. PK50KHYB01370030004150162 at The Bank of Khyber (favouring Deputy Commissioner/Director General SPKVDA, Diwan Market Krupshit Bazar Branch).
- Contractors must upload filled Bid Documents, Bid Securities, Enlistment Documents (KPRA registration, FBR registration, CNIC, PEC registration with relevant code), and Detailed Rate Analysis (if applicable) on EPADS. Original copies as required must be submitted per instructions.
- Bids quoting more than 10% above or below the Engineer's Estimate and other specific conditions will be dealt with as per the procuring entity rules; all other terms & conditions and clarifications are available in the bidding documents on the EPADS portal.
