The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above and submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
Bids will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). E-bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Submission deadline: 2026-07-27 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
