Punjab H&PD Tender: Framework Contract for Drugs, Medical Goods & Services (FY 2026–27)

The Procurement Cell, Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids for the procurement of various items (drugs/medicines/devices, goods and services) on a framework contract basis for procuring agencies under administrative control of H&PD for FY 2026–27. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available for free on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Directorate General Health Services, Punjab websites.

Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System; the original bid security (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft/Call Deposit) in favor of Directorate General Health Services Punjab must be delivered physically to the Purchase Cell, DGHS Punjab, 24-Cooper Road, Lahore.
