PRCS Islamabad - EOI for Consultancy: Financial Sustainability, Market & Perception Assessment

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) National Headquarters, Islamabad invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) / Technical and Financial Proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants to provide consultancy services to strengthen financial sustainability, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and institutional positioning.

Scope: the assignment comprises the following three components to be completed in approximately 10 weeks from contract commencement:

Eligibility and submission: firms/individuals with a strong track record are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference. Studies may be commissioned to individual consultants, but firms or consortia are preferred.

Submission address: Sealed proposals must reach the PRCS Procurement Unit, PRCS NHQ, Sector H-8, Islamabad by the specified closing time. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives at the time indicated in the tender documents. Submission after the deadline will not be entertained.
