A Progressive Corporate Sector Organization with an office in Islamabad invites applications from Pakistani nationals for two senior management positions on a contract basis as decided by the Board of Directors. Positions: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Position	Key Responsibilities (summary)	Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)	Develop and implement financial strategies, planning and budgeting. Oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, cash management and budgeting controls. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations; manage relationships with investors and lenders. Implement ERP, manage payments related to import/export, product & services costing, and general financial reporting.	Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification (CA/ACCA) or equivalent. Proven senior financial leadership experience (role as CFO or equivalent; experience requirement listed in the advertisement). Strong financial planning, analysis, communication and leadership skills.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)	Strategic planning and budgeting for marketing aligned with business goals. Drive revenue growth through direct sales, marketing and global business development. Lead market expansion, conduct market research, manage CRM and build stakeholder relationships (clients, partners, government). Monitor commercial KPIs, ensure performance, compliance and resource management.	Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years' sales/marketing-related experience (advertisement states at least 5 years). Industry experience in sales/projects of satellite & remote-sensing-related products and services is specified (advertisement references ~10 years industry experience).
