Scope / Purpose	Framework contract for communication services: photography, videography, video production and graphic design for GIZ Pakistan projects nationwide.
Who should apply	Firms operating in Pakistan providing multi-media services; must demonstrate required registrations, experience and capacity.
Key eligibility & documentation (highlights)	Undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted or engaged in litigation against an employer. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates (copies). Registered business in Pakistan (SECP certificate). Registered office address and registered field office in each region of operation (e.g., ICT, Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan). Presence in all provinces of Pakistan through staff or field offices; provide details and experts available in each field location. Minimum turnover for last three years: PKR 17 million. Experience of working with at least 3 international organisations and at least 5 years’ experience providing multimedia services to government or development sector organisations in Pakistan. Submit a company profile with a table of contents and provide supporting evidence and certified copies of qualifications and experience.
Selection process	EOIs will be screened; shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals (RFP). All correspondence and proposals must be in English. GIZ reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
