Key instructions and procurement details:
- Tender documents and bidding are through the E-PADS System; bid documents can be downloaded from the official C&W website: www.cwd.gkp.pk and via E-PADS.
- Complete set of bid documents may be purchased from the office of the undersigned on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 per package on any working day prior to the opening date.
- A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/security equal to 2% of Engineer’s Estimate is required to be deposited in the name of the procuring entity (Executive Engineer Maintenance-I, Peshawar) prior to closing date of bid submission in the Financial Bid; an affidavit of its presence must be included in the Technical Bid.
- Bids shall be submitted online via E-PADS in single stage two envelope procedure; Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded as per instructions. Technical bids will be opened on the date/time specified; Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation/approval in accordance with rules.
- Firms must have valid/renewed C&W / PEC and relevant registrations and meet eligibility requirements as per bidding documents.
