PITB Invitation to Bid — 400 Call Center Agents for CM Complaint Helpline & Citizen Contact Center (CCC)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Procurement for outsourced Contact Center Agents (basic proficiency) under the project: CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) — PITB (Framework Contract EGOV-10).

Scope: Supply of Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency). Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure).

• Tender documents are available for free download at: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement Portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (bidders are requested to register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
• Technical and Financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and conform to the Tender Document. Required supporting documents (e.g., income/sales tax registration certificate) must accompany the tender as specified in the Tender Document.

Important notes:

• Bids not signed, stamped, late, incomplete, or submitted by other than a specified mode will not be considered.
• PITB will not be responsible for e-Portal/server issues; bidders must ensure upload before the e-Portal deadline. For e-Procurement registration queries contact: 1248.
• PITB may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
