UHS Lahore Tender: Framework Procurement of Grocery, Vegetables, Meat & Bakery Items (FY 2026-27)

University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites bids from sole manufacturers, authorised distributors/authorised dealers registered with sales tax/income tax for a FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS, VEGETABLE, BAKERY ITEMS AND MEAT for the financial year 2026-27. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed.

Bidders must submit 2% bid security (earnest money) as per PPRA Rule 27 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bank Cheque drawn in favour of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Taxes are applicable as per government rules. Bidding documents are available on the UHS and PPRA Punjab websites. Bids must be submitted through the PPRA/Procurement portal by the due date.

Submission & opening: Bids must be quoted/ submitted on the PPRA/e-procurement portal by 03:00 PM on 2026-08-31. Tender opening will be at 03:30 PM on the same day by the Tender Committee in the presence of participating firms' representatives.
