Issuer: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), GIZ Office Islamabad, Pakistan.
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) to select firms for a framework consultancy to provide photography, videography, video production and graphic design services to GIZ Pakistan’s country programme operating across Pakistan (KP, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan) and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Scope: Framework contract for provision of communication and multimedia services to GIZ Pakistan projects. Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) with detailed technical and financial proposals.
Submission requirements: Firms must submit a company profile (with table of contents and page numbers). Each of the listed requirements below must be addressed in a separate section with documentary evidence/annexures.

| 7. International experience | Experience working with at least 3 international organisations (references/projects). |
| 8. Sector experience | Minimum 5 years’ experience providing multimedia services to government or development-sector organisations in Pakistan. |
Language: All correspondence, proposals and dealings with GIZ must be in English.
Selection: Only firms that pass the technical assessment of the EOI will be invited to submit an RFP. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection; GIZ reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.
