University of Swabi Tender: Annual Repair & Maintenance Works – Main & Old Campus (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: University of Swabi (Director Works). Type: Electronic Tender (Single Stage, One Envelope) via EPADS.

Scope: Annual Repair & Maintenance of civil, plumbing, electrical and allied works at Main Campus and Old Campus, University of Swabi for FY 2026-27 (based on MRS 2025 – 1st Bi-Annual).

Eligibility: Firms/contractors having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialized codes, registered with KPRA and active NTN registration with FBR. Framework Contract under clause 31A of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for FY 2026-27 is required where applicable.

How to obtain & submit documents:

• Download Bid Solicitation Documents from EPADS portal: https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication of this advertisement.
• Submit/upload bids electronically on EPADS on or before the deadline (28-08-2026, 02:00 PM PST).
• Scan copies of Tender Processing Fee and Bid Security/Earnest Money (CDR/Bank Guarantee) must be uploaded on EPADS. Original Tender Processing Fee and original Bid Security must be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before 02:00 PM on 2026-08-28; if originals do not reach by the closing date/time the bid will be rejected.

Fees & bid security details:

• Tender Processing Fee: Rs. 3,000 (Non-Refundable) — to be deposited online / Demand Draft / Cash deposit / CDR. Deposit account as published: (0323)204459398 (UBL Swabi Branch) — follow instructions in bidding documents.
• Bid Security: 2% of Estimated Cost (as scanned copy on EPADS and original to be submitted).
• Additional security for low bids: Bids up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate require 2% bid security. Bids exceeding 10% and up to 20% below the Engineer's Estimate shall include, in addition to the 2% bid security, an 8% additional security of the Engineer's Estimate.

Other conditions: Electronic bidding will be done on the At-par/Above/Below system on MRS 2025 (1st Bi-Annual) as per bidding documents. All Government / PPRA / University rules apply. University of Swabi reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per rules.
