Key instructions:

- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-procurement portal and the institute website.

- A scanned copy of the CDR, e-Affidavit and tender fee (Rs. 1,000 per tender) must be uploaded on the EPADS portal. The original tender fee, CDR and e-Affidavit, duly attested by a Notary Public, must be submitted to the Procurement Office on or before the bid submission deadline.

- Only firms/individuals registered and active with FBR and KPRA (where applicable) may submit bids.

- Bids must be uploaded by 27-08-2026 at 10:30 AM. Electronic opening of bids will take place the same day at 11:00 AM. Opening will be held in the Conference Room of Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad, or via the e-procurement system as applicable.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad.
