Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Canal Bank Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore invites sealed tenders through e-procurement (EPADS) under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules (2004) from interested civil and mechanical contractors / bidders for construction works for the Clean Room / Biotech Laboratory project. Bids may be submitted for any single lot or as a package for multiple/all lots. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security and uploaded on the e-procurement portal as per instructions below.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-10 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Tender documents and submission must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal; tender documents will also be available on the CEMB website.
Important notes: Director CEMB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Follow the e-procurement (EPADS) instructions carefully. Ensure bid security (2% of the estimated amount) is attached with the technical bid.
