Important instructions:
- Firms must submit technical and financial proposals as per the RFP and the bid document available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submission without EPADS is not permitted.
- Bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the firm in favor of Director (P&D), FDE. Original CDR should be uploaded with the technical proposal; bids without CDR will be rejected. Cash/cheque is not acceptable.
- The technical proposal must include attested copies of CNIC of the firm’s authorized representative if participating through an authority letter; the representative must present the original authority letter and CNIC at the time of opening.
- Bidders must comply with Public Procurement Rules and FDE procurement regulations. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of laboratories and to accept or reject any or all proposals as per rules.
