Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers holding a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) licence issued by the competent authority and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract for local purchase of LP medicines and medical devices (day-to-day) for Financial Year 2026-27.

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidding documents are available immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website after publication of this notice.
Bid security: Electronic bid security equal to 5.0% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.
Eligibility: Registered bidders holding a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) licence and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Deadlines & opening: Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-25 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu.
