2) Submit in person by placing the completed form in the Tender Box at the Mercy Corps Office (Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad). Clearly write the Tender Reference Number on the sealed envelope.

Only suppliers who submit a completed Intent to Bid Form by the closing date will be issued the Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document will be shared through the delivery method selected in the Intent to Bid Form.
