PAA Tender: Landscaping Works adjacent to VIP Lanes & Old Car Park, Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for landscaping works adjacent to VIP lanes and the old car parking area at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore.

Mandatory documents (to be submitted):

1) Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
2) Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
3) Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
4) Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 300) confirming ownership/firm status, no blacklisting and disclosure of any pending litigation (if any).

Bid security instructions and conditions:

Bid security must be provided in the form of a Pay Order / Bank Draft from any scheduled bank drawn in favor of PAA DEVELOPMENT AIIAP. The original bid security must be submitted in person to the office of the undersigned on or before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must upload bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA E-PAQs-2 portal before the deadline.

PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per PPRA rules. Any forged or dishonored financial instruments (tender cost, earnest money, bid security, bank guarantees) will result in blacklisting and legal action under the law.
