State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites pre-qualification submissions from advertising agencies for the years 2026–28. Agencies must have a proven track record of a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, comprehensive in-house production capability, proficient client services and robust media buying facilities, and be duly registered and accredited with Press Information Department (PID), All-Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) and Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA).
Applications must be submitted only through PPRA's e-portal EPADS by advertising agencies registered on EPADS. Tender Notice and Technical Bid Documents are available on the PPRA website and for download on EPADS and the State Life website.
