| Financial capacity | Demonstrated financial capacity supported by audited financial statements for the last 05 financial years. Firms must not be blacklisted, debarred or suspended by any government/semi-government organization. |
| Consortium / Joint Venture | Consortium/Joint Venture permitted if clearly identified and led by a single lead firm as specified in the RFP. |
| Bid security | Submission of Bid Security of Rs. 500,000/- along with the Technical Proposal in the prescribed form is required. |
