Eligibility / Requirements (as stated):
- Presence on Active Tax Payer List. Not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (required).
- Completion of 3 assignments of similar nature.
- Minimum turnover of PKR 208,952,799 in two successive previous years demonstrating financial capacity.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to PKR 500 million) in relevant category; specialized code CE01(i) (Roads & Pavements, Drainage & Retaining Structure).
- Bidders must provide bid security in the prescribed form (bank guarantee or deposit at call) in the name of the undersigned.
