Issuer: Executive Engineer (Roads), CW PP&H Department, District Sibi.
Purpose: Invitation for bids for multiple road, drainage, internal roads, sewerage and bridge works for the year 2026-27 on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on Percentage Rates.
Procurement rules and eligibility: Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GOB). Bid security of 2% in the form of a Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank is required in the name of the undersigned. Eligibility criteria are available in the bidding documents on the BPPRA website.
Issue of tender documents, submission and opening:
- Tender documents available from publication date of this NIT until 2026-09-17 during office hours on working days.
- Last date and time for bid submission: 2026-09-17 at 10:00 AM.
- Tender opening: 2026-09-17 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), CW PP&H Department, District Sibi.
Important note: Tender fee must be deposited through Green Challan in National Bank of Pakistan, Sibi Branch, under head of account C-02716 (Communication Receipt) at the rate shown against each work.
