OPF RFP: Independent Transaction Advisor for Evaluation of Amalgamation Proposal (OPF Greens, OPF Town, Urban Enclave)

The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals from eligible firms to hire an independent transaction advisor for the legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Procurement will follow Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; a bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents.

E-bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 28 July 2026 at 12:00 PM; proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
