Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through KP-EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security and other required documents (where applicable) must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent before the closing date/time through EPADS. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-05 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital, Peshawar.

Eligibility and conditions: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (where applicable) and hold all required valid registrations. Detailed bidding documents, specifications and evaluation criteria are available on KP-EPADS and from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Bid validity: 60 days from opening. Quoted rates remain valid up to 2027-06-30. No alternate, conditional, incomplete, unsigned, altered or tampered bids will be considered. The successful bidder will execute a contract on prescribed stamp paper. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
