PHE Division Kohat e-PADS Tender Notice – Multiple Water Supply Projects (Closing 2026-10-06)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, Kohat Division (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites electronic bids through e-PADS from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (single stage single envelope). PEC registration in the relevant category and field of specialization and a valid enlistment with Provincial Works Departments are mandatory.

Key submission deadline: Last date & time for submission: 2026-10-06 at 12:00 PM. Date of receiving/opening of tenders: 2026-10-06.

Submission & eligibility instructions:

• Bidders must upload bids on e-PADS and attach photocopies of CNIC, valid PEC Registration Certificate, Enlistment Certificate, and Active Taxpayer Certificates of FBR and KPRA with each bidding document.

• Bidders/contractors must have registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and PEC with active status and relevant codes.

• Original Bid Security (and Additional Security where applicable) must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification (referenced in the notice) in a sealed envelope before the designated closing time.

• The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
