Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Chitral Upper invites electronic bids (E-PAIDS, Single Stage Single Envelope) from eligible firms/contractors for multiple infrastructure development packages including main roads, bridges, flood protection works, check dams, construction/widening/rehabilitation and blacktopping in District Upper Chitral and Mastuj/Boroghil area. Bids must comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must be registered with KPRA and furnish prescribed bid security and tender fee. All bids to be submitted online through E-PAIDS by the stated deadline.
