Tender: Procurement of 5 x 2800cc Vehicles for Mobile Food Testing Laboratories — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority (Ref: KPFS&HFA/APP/2026-2027/EMFTL/01).

Purpose: Procurement of vehicles for establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories. E-bids are invited from highly reputed Original Manufacturers or Authorized Dealers of the Original Manufacturer meeting eligibility criteria.

Eligibility: Original manufacturers or authorized dealers with approved 3S quality services (Sales, Service & Parts) of the original local manufacturer; registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments; listed as active on the Active Tax Payer list of FBR.

Bid documents: Download free from www.kpfsa.gov.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk. Documents are also available on the EPADS system.

Submission: E-bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) only.

Bid security: Earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original along with the bid as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) drawn from the bidder's account in favour of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-21 at 12:00 PM, Conference Room, Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar.
• Bid submission deadline: On or before 1:00 PM, 2026-10-04 via EPADS.
• Bid opening: 2026-10-04 at 2:00 PM (one hour after submission deadline) in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Note: All bids received through EPADS will be opened on the stated opening date and time.
