PITB Invitation to Bid: 400 Call Center Agents for CM Complaint Helpline & Citizen Contact Center (CCC)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Contact Center Agents (outsourcing) for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC)” under framework contract (EGOV-10). Bids must follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.

Submission and document details:

• Tender documents are available free of cost at: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Technical and financial bids must be prepared separately, duly completed, signed and stamped.
• All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk (e-Procurement portal).
• Deadline for online submission: 1100 hours on 2016-08-31. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date.
• Bidders must ensure uploading bids on the eP portal before the submission deadline; PITB is not responsible for e-Portal issues. For e-Procurement registration/support contact: 1248.
• Incomplete, unsigned, late, or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered.
• Required documentary evidence such as income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the tender document must accompany the bid.
• PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
