Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids (e-bids) for engagement of an independent third-party international consultant or consortium to evaluate and assess Transmission & Distribution (T&D) technical losses of GEPCO.
Key instructions: bids must be submitted through the e-procurement/e-bidding system. A Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the prescribed form. Bids will be evaluated per the published criteria and procurement rules.
