Open Tender Notice 59-62/2026 — Supply, Renovation & 400kVA DG (Islamabad)

The Head Procurement invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department, having own offices with telephone and fax facilities). Tender documents, specifications and terms can be obtained on request as described below.

How to obtain documents & submission: Request in writing on company letterhead and furnish bank draft/pay order of the prescribed tender fee in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Tender documents may be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft via dak/fax/email. Sealed tenders must be delivered by the stated receiving time; late tenders will not be entertained.

Key conditions: Tenders must remain valid for 60 days from opening. Conditional tenders or tenders from blacklisted firms will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Payment will be made after satisfactory installation/receipt of complete stores.
