THQ Hospital Haroonabad invites sealed bids from GST/Income Tax registered, technically and financially sound firms/suppliers/companies for a Framework Agreement for supply of medicines, medical items and related services for Financial Year 2026-27. Firms submitting for Lot #1 must hold a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License (Pharmacy Form No. 9). Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS). Original bid security in prescribed form/amount and validity must be submitted to the Office of the Medical Superintendent before bid opening. Bidding documents are available free from e-PADS and the Punjab PPRA website.
Submission & opening: Bid submission closing: 2026-08-21 at 10:00 AM. Technical bid opening: 2026-08-21 at 11:00 AM.

Important conditions: Procurement will be conducted under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (Rule 38(2)). Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS before the deadline; late bids will not be accepted. The e-PADS portal prevents late submissions; the Procuring Agency is not responsible for bidder-side technical/connectivity issues. Manufacturers/authorized dealers must provide distributorship certificates. Country of origin and documentary proof required for imported items. Samples must be provided where called for. Conditional or incomplete tenders will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules.
