Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) invites applications from qualified individual consultants to support the National Digital Masterplan and related digital governance initiatives. PDA seeks specialized, strategic and time-bound consultants with domain-specific expertise and international experience for advisory and specialist roles to support government digital transformation.

Interested candidates must provide information demonstrating required qualifications and relevant experience as specified in the TORs.
