Ayub Medical College Abbottabad — Recruitment Notice (Serial #1–#22) via ETEA

Issuer: Dean & CEO, Ayub Medical College / Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad. Purpose: Recruitment for multiple posts (Serial #1 to #22). Interested candidates must apply online through ETEA as directed below.

Online application portal availability on ETEA: 2026-08-15. Last date for submission of online application: 2026-08-31.

How to apply

1. Create a profile on the ETEA portal and apply online for the desired post(s). Applicants applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post and pay the prescribed fee for each.

2. Before depositing the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without CNIC verification, candidates cannot complete the application.

3. After successful submission an online deposit slip (candidate copy) with token number, project code and personal information will be generated. Keep the original deposit slip with the bank stamp; do not share it with anyone. Do not send physical documents at the time of online application; documents will be required for verification from shortlisted candidates only.

4. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download/print Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Venue and test details will be on the Roll No. Slip. No separate postal call letters will be issued.

Selection procedure & eligibility highlights

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Shortlisting will be done based on ETEA screening test, educational qualifications and relevant experience as per BOG/AMTI approved criteria. Minimum 50% marks are required to pass the ETEA screening test. A minimum of 70% (as approved by competent authority) will be passing interview marks; aggregate/average interview marks will be considered. Final recommendations will be made by the selection committee; competent authority will issue appointment letters to recommended candidates.

Application & submission notes

All supporting documents must be uploaded with the online application in a single PDF where required. Original documents must be produced at time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates must retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip bearing the bank stamp.
