Location	Head Office / Islamabad
Experience	Minimum 08 years of professional experience in banking operations, Islamic Banking Windows (IBWs) or branch management. Preference to candidates with strong understanding of SBP Islamic banking regulations, Shari’ah Governance Framework, Islamic financing products & documentation, and conversion of conventional to Islamic branches/portfolios (liability & asset sides).
Qualifications	Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC-recognized Institute/University (national or international). Candidates with specialized qualifications such as AAOIFI, CPA, ICAP, ACCA or NBIF are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities	Oversee functions related to opening, relocation and closure of Islamic Banking branches and windows, ensuring compliance with Bank and SBP policies. Review observations from Compliance, Shari’ah Compliance and Audit departments; formulate strategies and system-based controls to prevent recurrence. Provide technical and operational leadership to Regional and Branch Management to support strategic growth. Serve as the primary liaison between Islamic Banking Group and other departments to ensure seamless operations across branches and windows. Facilitate and monitor end-to-end processing of Islamic financing facilities, ensuring strict adherence to Shari’ah-compliant financing structures and credit risk manuals. Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers and other stakeholders to resolve operational affairs and branch-level challenges. Ability to integrate digital solutions and automation into banking operations. Contribute to staff training and human resource development to meet evolving Islamic banking requirements.
