GEPCO PMU Invitation for E-Bids — Panels & Distance Relays (Tender NCB-STG-10 / 11 / 12)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) PMU invites electronic bids from registered/prequalified firms for procurement of panels and distance relays under FY 2026-27. Eligible firms (DISCOs/NGC/WAPDA/GENCOs or PPMC as authorized dealers/manufacturers/suppliers) may submit e-bids via EPADS V2.0.

Key Conditions & Instructions

- Single Stage–Two Envelope (LCBS) procedure will be used in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations/guidelines.

- Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS V2.0. Tender documents, specifications and forms are available on the EPADS portal.

- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Bid Guarantees in original must be submitted in envelope clearly marked with the tender no. before bid opening.

- Bid validity: bidders must remain valid for 150 days. Bid Guarantee must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date.

- Bidders must be registered and eligible per the bidding documents and comply with tax and other applicable duties.

- GEPCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
