Issuer: Police Department, Government of Punjab (AIG Procurement) on behalf of Provincial Police Officer/IGP, Punjab, Lahore. Punjab Police invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/companies for supply of uniform items for F.Y. 2026-27.
Scope: Pre-qualification is for suppliers of the following uniform items for Punjab Police:

Eligibility and submission:
- Firms/companies must be registered with tax authorities and hold valid and active NTN & GST numbers.
- Firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate in the pre-qualification process.
- Pre-qualification documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk), the Punjab Police website (https://www.punjabpolice.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx).
- Firms shall prepare and upload their applications and all relevant documents (as listed in the pre-qualification document) on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission/upload on the e-Procurement System is the responsibility of the firm/company.
Deadlines and opening:
- Submission deadline / tender closing: 2026-09-02 at 12:00 Noon.
- Tender opening: 2026-09-02 at 12:30 PM.
Other conditions:
- The Police Department will not be responsible for any costs incurred in submission of documents and reserves the right to cancel the short-listing process at any time.
- Response time for the tender will be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
