Issuer: Municipal Committee Pakpattan. Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for multiple municipal development and rehabilitation works. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 and with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders shall submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system in accordance with e-Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014. For Sr. No. 1 and Sr. No. 6, bids will be received under single stage two-envelope procedure; all other packages use single stage single envelope. Bid securities as listed must accompany e-bids.
