Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) invites applications for the post of Registrar (PEC-21) at PEC Headquarters, Islamabad. Eligible candidates must meet the educational, experience and age criteria described below. Applications must be submitted online via the PEC Job Portal and reach PEC with supporting documents by the closing date.

| Registrar (PEC-21) – Selection/Tenure post | One (01) – PEC HQ, Islamabad | B.Sc. Engineering and registered with the Council as a “Professional Engineer”; required computer literacy | Minimum 22 years’ service in BPS-17 or equivalent, including at least 5 years in an independent managerial post equivalent to BPS-20. Experience in office management and dealing with government, national/multinational, public/private sector organizations. Exposure to legal processes and experience with professional or regulatory bodies preferred. Training/short courses in leadership, time management, change management, stress management and coaching desirable. Essential knowledge of PEC Act and bye-laws. | Up to 57 years (age calculated as per closing date of advertisement) | Three years (extendable with Chairman PEC approval based on performance and Selection Board recommendation) |
