Saindak Metals Limited RFP for Detailed Design and Resident Supervision of Civil Works

Saindak Metals Limited invites technical and financial proposals for the detailed design and resident supervision of civil works for development projects. Eligible consultancy firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR and BRA (or the concerned revenue authority), appear on FBR's Active Taxpayers List, and will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method per PPRA Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010 using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.

RFP documents are available to registered consultants on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA's e-Procurement Management System and SML's website. Submit proposals electronically via EPADS by 2026-08-04 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on EPADS on 2026-08-04 14:30 hrs and thereafter publicly at SML Head Office, Gul Bagh, Samangli Road, Quetta.
