NAB (Balochistan) Tender: Outsourcing Office Boys, Plumbers, Gardeners, Electrician & Janitorial Staff — Quetta Cantt

National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Balochistan (Shahra-e-Gulistan, Quetta Cantt) invites sealed bids through the E-Procurement Authority (E-PAD) for outsourcing/hiring of office boys, plumbers, gardeners, janitorial staff and an electrician for the NAB Balochistan Cantt complex on a one-year contract (extendable up to two further years subject to satisfactory performance).

Key requirements: bidders must be reputable companies/firms/business entities registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, hold valid sales tax and income tax registration with active ATL status, and submit a certificate confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government ministry/department/organization. Bidding will follow Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure via E-PAD; bids submitted outside E-PAD will be rejected.

Bid security: Rs. 216,000 in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of NAB Balochistan must be submitted (original) as per PPRA rules. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. In case of successful bidder, the earnest money will be retained as performance security or converted to a Bank Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount. Submission and opening: Submit bids through E-PAD (www.eproc.gov.pk). Last date and time for submission: 2026-09-14 by 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via E-PAD.
