University of Agriculture, Peshawar invites online applications for undergraduate admissions. Online application window: 2026-08-17 to 2026-08-31 via the official website www.aup.edu.pk.
Eligibility & merit calculation: Admission to Bachelor degree programs will be determined on the basis of combined percentage of marks: SSC (40% weight) and HSSC or equivalent Part-I (1st year) (60% weight). Applicants who have appeared in HSSC Part-I should note that admission granted on HSSC Part-I marks will remain provisional until declaration of HSSC Part-II results. Provisional admission of candidates who fail to meet minimum eligibility in HSSC Part-II (2nd year) will be cancelled as per university rules and fees will be refunded where applicable.
Reserved seats and nomination letters: Candidates applying for reserved seats must submit a nomination letter from the nominating agency when sending the hard copy of the application. All nominating agencies are requested to send nomination letters by 2026-08-31.
Age limit: Candidates who have attained, or shall attain, the age of 30 years on the last date of submission of application forms shall not be eligible for admission to Bachelor programs.
Merit list & rules: The schedule of the merit list will be displayed on the University official website after the last date of submission of forms. Rules and regulations regarding admission, examinations, hostels, fees and fee structure are available on the university website.
Facilities & campus highlights: Hostel and transport facilities are provided on merit and subject to availability. The University offers scholarships through HEC, USAID and other sources and awards scholarships to students on high academic achievement. The University library holds over 100,000 books and laboratories are equipped with up-to-date instruments and computers.
