Punjab Buildings Department (Buildings Division No.2 / Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala) invites online tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from eligible engineering firms/contractors on item-rate basis in accordance with PPRA rules. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal and submit bids and bid security electronically. Manual submission will not be accepted.
Key instructions: 5% bid security to be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System; bidders must produce original PEC license and relevant specifications if demanded; tender documents and detailed conditions are available on the e-Procurement website; bids will be opened in the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2, Gujranwala in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
