Open Tender Notice 63–65/2026 — Supply & Installation Works (Islamabad)

HEAD PROCUREMENT, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department and having offices with telephone/fax) for supply and installation works. Tender documents, terms and specifications are available on written request with the required tender fee (bank draft/pay order) in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad. Tender fees in cash will not be accepted.

Key conditions:

- Tender documents issued on written request on firm letterhead with bank draft/pay order of the tender fee in the name of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad. Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted.

- Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1021, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against past orders.

- Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility. Envelopes should be superscribed with the tender number and due date.

- Tenders received after the date/time of opening will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Tender documents can be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft via dak/fax/email. The original bank draft must be received by this office ONE DAY before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender document is also ONE DAY before the opening date.
